Integrated and proven approach focused on customer satisfaction

IRM360 specialises in building and delivering Integrated Risk Management solutions for, for example, information security, privacy, business continuity and/or cybersecurity. We can now count many organisations in ICT, (financial) service providers, accountants, municipalities, independent administrative bodies, hospitals, nursing and residential care institutions and organisations in the (manufacturing) industry among our users. Our CyberManager ISMS, PIMS, CSMS, BCMS, QMS, FRMS and RAMS management systems are used in the Netherlands as well as in Belgium, Germany, France, Poland and countries such as Turkey, South Africa, Australia and Argentina.

Simplicity & innovation

Our solutions cover processes that are sometimes considered complex and many of our users are not experts in information security or privacy management. To this end, we incorporate innovative and fresh concepts in our software aimed at functionality, ease of use and cost control.

Result-oriented

We stand by the results our software is purchased for. Our users prove this through the many successful implementations, demonstrable compliance and certifications obtained in areas such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC2, ISO 22301, ISO 9001, ISAE 3402, SOC2, BIO etc.

Collaboration

Our users are given ample opportunity to work with us to continuously improve our products. Suggestions that contribute to our products and fit our vision of Integrated Risk Management and "off-the-shelf" software (no customisation) are included in the roadmap.

Mission

Our mission is to increase our customers' Cyber Resilience and have their information protected by focusing on the reliability aspects "Availability, Integrity, Confidentiality and Privacy". We achieve this by building software based on pragmatic, affordable and scalable principles and by ensuring sustainable business practices that are consistent with these reliability aspects.

Vison

Our vision is to be a leading developer of reliable, innovative and effective information security solutions for organisations of all sizes to protect their sensitive information from ever-evolving threats, mitigate risks and meet increasing regulatory requirements for privacy and security, as well as enabling quick and cost-effective certifications.

Strategy

Our strategy is to support organisations of all sizes in establishing effective risk management and certification through use of our portfolio of integrable and scalable Plug & Play management systems based on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) principles, our ready-to-go content, Quick Start guides and other training and implementation services.

We will continue to evolve to improve the safety, quality and value of our solutions as well as our service and quality.

We will also continue to expand our presence in national and international markets and establish new partnerships to support our growth.

CSR

We find our social and sustainable commitment no more than logical. We make conscious choices for sustainable and energy-efficient solutions when purchasing and have a discouragement policy for lease cars and an encouragement policy for the use of public transport. For example, our office location "De Leeuwenbrug" has an energy label A and is located right next to the train station in Deventer.

Whether at the office, on the road or at client or home office locations, we pay attention to the well-being of our employees. Providing a safe and pleasant working atmosphere is important for our employees.

We also support various volunteering activities and various causes. For example, we have committed to the Mission Blue project through a donation to protect our seas and oceans. Through our own IRM360 Mission Blue fundraising page for this charity, we would like to encourage everyone, companies, and individuals, to donate here.
