Resolved: 1st of March 12.20 CET - This incident has been resolved, and access to environments should be able.

Update (last on top):

  • Root cause: A memory handling issue, it's solved by deploying a fix.
  • Our team is investigating the root cause in order to prevent recurrence.
  • Restarting the Service solved the issue. 
  • Service Desk employees identified the issue, service not reachable and are working solve the issue. We are monitoring the progress and will continue to provide updates 

Forbidden error appears on some pages preventing access to some information

Resolved: 12th of March 14.20 CET - This incident has been resolved, and access to all pages should be solved.

Update (last on top):

  • Root cause: Updating Firewall policies caused blocking some pages.
  • Our team is investigating the root cause in order to prevent recurrence.
  • Resetting Firewall rules at Managed Hosting provider solved the issue. 
  • Service Desk employees identified the issue, cause was not easily identified.

Resolved: 23st of January 14.20 CET - This incident has been resolved, and access to environments should be able.

Update (last on top):

  • Root cause: Firewall component defect caused outage.
  • Restarting the Firewall (fall back) at Managed Hosting provider solved the issue. 
  • Service Desk employees identified the issue, url not reachable and are in contact with our Hosting provider. Component defect at firewall caused this.
