Update (last on top):
- Root cause: A memory handling issue, it's solved by deploying a fix.
- Our team is investigating the root cause in order to prevent recurrence.
- Restarting the Service solved the issue.
- Service Desk employees identified the issue, service not reachable and are working solve the issue. We are monitoring the progress and will continue to provide updates

Resolved: 12th of March 14.20 CET - This incident has been resolved, and access to all pages should be solved.
Update (last on top):
- Root cause: Updating Firewall policies caused blocking some pages.
- Our team is investigating the root cause in order to prevent recurrence.
- Resetting Firewall rules at Managed Hosting provider solved the issue.
- Service Desk employees identified the issue, cause was not easily identified.

Resolved: 23st of January 14.20 CET - This incident has been resolved, and access to environments should be able.
Update (last on top):
- Root cause: Firewall component defect caused outage.
- Restarting the Firewall (fall back) at Managed Hosting provider solved the issue.
- Service Desk employees identified the issue, url not reachable and are in contact with our Hosting provider. Component defect at firewall caused this.
